The Yellow
This is the original sauce recipe that, one spring, got me started on this condiment-making journey.
The flavour profile is spicy and citrusy, the generous heat coming from our own specially-crafted mustard and fiery habanero peppers. This heat is carefully balanced to highlight the unique citrus flavour of tangelos (aka Minneola oranges), which are only available in spring. Tangelos are a hybrid of tangerines and pomelos, and have a unique citrus flavour profile that makes this sauce just sing!
It is super-versatile and can be featured on anything that mustard goes on (think honey glazed ham or barbequed smokies with sauerkraut.) Use it also as a Secret Ingredient in your homemade chili, or use a couple of drops to add extra zing to your homemade vinaigrettes!
