Your order
When will my order ship?

Once we receive your online order, we'll generally ship within 1-3 business days - basically as soon as we can. If there's going to be any delay in getting product to our shipping partner (e.g., if we're away) we'll email you to let you know what to expect.
How do I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number once we've boxed your order up and printed a shipping label.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes. From time to time, we'll offer promotional or loyalty pricing, or volume-based discounts.
What payment options are available?

You are able to check out with Shop, PayPal and Google Pay, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB payment cards. We also have chip-reader POS for in-person transactions.
Shipping & returns
What countries do you ship to?

We are licensed to sell and ship anywhere in Canada. We are currently not offering international shipping.
What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are your products gluten-free?

So far, all of our condiments are gluten-free! This may change as we develop new recipes. We will absolutely label all of our products that include gluten accordingly, should we ever make any.
Are your products plant-based/vegan?

So far, all of our condiments are plant-based/vegan! If we ever do make something with animal products, we will ensure that the label accurately reflects the ingredients so you are able to make an informed purchasing decision.
What is the shelf life of your products?

Our sauces contain no preservatives, so while the low pH value and careful pasteurization/bottling keeps them shelf stable for several months, they really maintain their freshness best in the refrigerator. Once opened, we'd suggest to consume within a couple of months.
