This is an exotic tropical blend that features bright and fruity pineapple with the sweet and sour notes of tamarind, with the complex tang of tamarillo.

Teeming with South American and South Asian flavours, this sauce is well-rounded and versatile, and will liven up everything from grilled prawns to chicken wings.
