This sauce is a funky marriage of coconut, lime, durian and allspice flavours; it will have you experimenting with grilled meats and veggies, stir-fry and noodle dishes.  The heat comes from habanero peppers and, while firm, will not overpower your taste buds so you can keep going back for more!
