Small-batch and hand-crafted; Hainanese and Jamaican flavours combine to make a truly unique Asian jerk sauce.  Use this as a marinade, or brush it on grilled chicken or fish to level up your grill game.

This sauce is a funky marriage of coconut, lime, durian and allspice flavours; it will have you experimenting with grilled meats and veggies, stir-fry and noodle dishes.  The heat comes from Scotch bonnet peppers and, while firm, will not overpower your taste buds so you can keep going back for more!
